Cop claimed aggressive youth who swung at him had reached for his gun, at which point he fired his gun at the youth in self defense. Newly released surveillance footage.. shows cop running up behind the youth, then smashing him in the head with his gun in a surprise attack...

I got pulled over at 1 in the morning, had been out watching a late movie at the local theater with my gf...the cop insisted that I had been drinking and "smelled alcohol". He required me to get out of my vehicle, which I did, and then he proceeded to give me a field sobriety test, which I passed.
I guess me passing the field sobriety test wasnt convincing enough. Three more cops show up, and now it looks like a giant circus on the side of the road. I was forced to do 2 more field sobriety tests with 2 other officers, passed both of them. They also requested my girlfriend to get out of the car and play along with their little power trip. They did field sobriety tests on her as well, which doesnt make any fucking sense because she wasnt even driving.
And then I passed not once, not twice, but three fucking breathalyzer tests where I blew a 0.00. Obviously I was not drinking, but that still was not good enough. Then they wanted to search my car. At this point, it had been about an hour...and I was a little fed up with them. I remembered what my lawyer always told me to say, and that was that I do not consent to searches, and I asked them politely if I was being detained, or If I was free to go. They finally let me go.

What is all this smelling of alcohol?!? If I do a few shots of vodka, then eat something, there is no way in hell you will smell it. I'd probably be over the limit, but I would not smell of booze! It's not like were showering in Popov!
