Cop claimed aggressive youth who swung at him had reached for his gun, at which point he fired his gun at the youth in self defense. Newly released surveillance footage.. shows cop running up behind the youth, then smashing him in the head with his gun in a surprise attack...

evasion is the best tactic. it has worked for me every single time i have employed it, even if the people in the backseat bitch at me. -they- aren't the ones who will get the ticket, so they can just stuff it.

Yes sir, as long as you don't hesitate and get out of visual contact with them quickly, evasion is not all that hard. Hell, I did it yesterday. There were two massive trucks transporting heavy equipment in the left lane by my house. An officer was in the right lane, going under the speed limit, paralleling them. I needed to get over to the left to turn into my neighborhood. Car behind me, cop in front of me, two huge trucks to my left; I had nowhere to go! I had my turn signal on, but the cop kept inching forward, going under the limit. At the last second, I had enough room to get in between them and cut across to the left turn. He saw this, flipped a bitch, then tried to come after me. Well I know my neighborhood well, and evaded him. I could see him looking in his mirror at me. He knew I needed to get over and was fucking with me!
