A Montana man is facing life in federal prison for growing marijuana in compliance with Montana's medical marijuana law --"While Jerry Sandusky got a 30-year minimum sentence for raping young boys, Mr. Williams is looking at a mandatory minimum of more than 80 years for marijuana . . ."

The supreme court ruled you have every right to own a firearm in your home unless you have committed, are committing, or are conspiring to commit a crime. It has been this way for literally decades upon decades. Not even the most pro-gun people in the nation support your ownership of a firearm is you are in violation of criminal statutes.
Just because the weed is legal in the state does not make it federally legal.

What are the implications if having a gun in your car, then getting pulled over for criminal speeding. Are you breaking firearm law then too, or is that overlooked?
