How much NALT for 400mg 5-HTP daily? Matcha for EGCG?
Replying to freapsy · Thanks man, you are the best. Now I finally know how much to take. I respect that you invest your time to help me, besides running such a huge and successful company. My next stack…

How much NALT for 400mg 5-HTP daily? Matcha for EGCG?
Replying to freapsy · Because otherwise I don’t notice the benefits. I weight 88kg, could something be wrong with me? I split the 500mg in two doses per day.
Normally I would not suggest taking 5-HTP every day for anyone. It's more of an occasional thing. You might actually find better result with bacopa. That will up-regulate tryptophan hydroxylase, which will naturally make more 5-HTP. That will help keep things in balance. If you a…
How much NALT for 400mg 5-HTP daily? Matcha for EGCG?
Replying to freapsy · u/MisterYouAreSoDumb **how much NALT should I be taking for 500mg 5-HTP?**
500mg 5-HTP is a large dose. Why so high?
Things not to take while on a Sulbutiamine cycle?

I don't have a lot of personal experience with sulbutiamine combos.
Dosage opinon for 30:1 mushroom extracts?
Replying to filiopsis · Thanks for a detailed answer, what you said makes sense. Not much info on the bags- just storage suggestions and recommended dosage, which is 1-2g daily. Same for all three mushro…
At the very least ask for the heavy metals analysis. I doubt they did any testing, though. 1-2 gram dosing means you need very tight heavy metals specs.
Dosage opinon for 30:1 mushroom extracts?
30:1 cordyceps is impossible to make. I mean, you can make it. However, it will not be usable. Even 10:1 clumps like crazy. 30:1 would be completely unusable. Ask anyone that extracts or works with cordyceps. They will tell you the same. 30:1 is a not possible. There's no way to…
Spring Valley sleep aid formula looks like a good night time stack but... 10mg melatonin??
Replying to FjordTV · Lol, so basically it's a super high dose of melatonin that's more expensive. Thanks for the breakdown. I'm still learning. My sleep stack works pretty well so far.
My pleasure! Melatonin is best at 300mcg for sleep. Some people are using high dose melatonin as an antioxidant, but that's too high for sleep. If your stack is working, no sense in messing with it.
Spring Valley sleep aid formula looks like a good night time stack but... 10mg melatonin??
>25mg Magnesium Chelate Useless dose... Also, magnesium chelate of what? You can't just say chelate! What is it chelated to? I assume glycine, but who knows. >75mg chamomile extra (I sometimes drink tea at night but find it doesn't do much) Too low of dose, and no indication of s…

What in my immune stack is effecting my libido?
Fastest way to correct that is starting up on tongkat ali.

Polygala is amazing!
Replying to glauberite · I take 100mg 3x a day. Oral if on empty stomach, sublingual if on full-ish stomach.
Keep in mind the OP got polygala powder, not an extract. A spoonful is a massive dose. I assume your 100mg one is an extract. Anyone reading should NOT take a spoonful of a potent extract.
How does my stack look? Any interference or redundancies?
Replying to whitejamba · Thanks for the replies, I know you're always busy. Cool to see you active in the community. I bought the green tea powder, lord is it bitter haha.
Yes, very bitter! Nothing is as bitter as tongkat ali, though. If you want to gag, mix equal parts tongkat ali and berberine, then mix it into water and take a swig!
How does my stack look? Any interference or redundancies?
Replying to whitejamba · Thank you so much! That makes sense, I just wanted to take it with some fat as I fast in the morning. Green tea better fasted or with food? Why zinc in the am?
Green tea is better fasted if you take our enteric coated tablets. I take zinc in the AM because sometimes it can keep people up, and it is always better to spread it out from your magnesium dose.
How does my stack look? Any interference or redundancies?
Replying to whitejamba · u/misteryouaresodumb If you ever get a quick moment I could use a lil eval
Seems pretty good to me. I personally take Microzinc and green tea extract in the AM, though. Same with vitamin D. Normally you want your D3 right when you wake up, as that signals your body that it is morning time for your circadian rhythm.
Dopamine synthesis without using a dopamine releasing agent?
Replying to sirsadalot · Oh, weird. I guess I should use Cali poppy more then. I always assumed that it wasn't addictive "cus it inhibits dopamine" lmao. When are you guys gonna make a california poppy su…
We can look into California poppy. It was not really on our list, but I can add it. We have not yet settled on a standardization or extraction method that we want for skullcap. So we are still in the R&D phase.

Dopamine beta-hydroxylase is a different enzyme. That's the one that controls the conversion of dopamine to norepinephrine. [See here](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/a3/Dopamine_beta-monooxygenase_reaction.svg/875px-Dopamine_beta-monooxygenase_reaction.svg…

Tyrosine hydroxylase is the enzyme that converts tyrosine to L-DOPA. Then L-DOPA gets converted to dopamine by aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase. So those two enzymes are responsible for how quickly you produce dopamine. If you up-regulate them, you make more dopamine. If you d…

Other than L-tyrosine or L-DOPA, not really. You could just try up-regulating tyrosine hydroxylase. It looks like low dose aspirin does that. I will have to research it a bit more. https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11481-018-9808-3 >What's your personal take on my idea t…

Dopamine synthesis without using a dopamine releasing agent?
Replying to sirsadalot · One final last tiny tiny little question, if I may For dopamine synthesis I have CoQ12, Pterostilbene, Multivitamin, NAD+ nasal spray, and soon bromantane. Maybe caffeine as well,…
For up-regulation of dopamine, you are know the common ones. Uridine, Inositol, ALCAR, Sulbutiamine, and Forskolin are the main ones. Cordyceps up-regulates D2 receptors, too. Not sure I have any better alternatives. Exercise does, for sure.
