Dopamine synthesis without using a dopamine releasing agent?

One final last tiny tiny little question, if I may
For dopamine synthesis I have CoQ12, Pterostilbene, Multivitamin, NAD+ nasal spray, and soon bromantane. Maybe caffeine as well, not sure how the whole adenosine thing works. So far it's not enough. I know you probably have to watch what you recommend a great deal for PR purposes, but if there is ANYTHING that you are aware of that shares a similar effect, let me know. Anything. If I have to decipher it out of a block of code I'll do it.
Recently I had made a post about dopamine receptor upregulation and people gave me these options: Zinc, Forskolin, Sulbutiamine, Phenylpiracetam, Inositol. None of these are good options for me. I'm currently taking Uridine+Alpha GPC+Fish Oil+Melatonin. It works okay. But I don't think it's enough to support my lifestyle. I know the research chemical 9-MBC ended up being neurotoxic and cancerous, so this isn't an option either. But if you know an alternative to these things, like a really effective one that will upregulate my dopamine receptors, please let me know.
Also taking agmatine sulfate, so I don't want to take anything that works on the NMDA receptors.
If I figure out how to control my dopamine-related issues, then I'm set. I can finally quit caffeine and quit trialing so many nootropics. And I think this is the only viable option for me long-term.

For up-regulation of dopamine, you are know the common ones. Uridine, Inositol, ALCAR, Sulbutiamine, and Forskolin are the main ones. Cordyceps up-regulates D2 receptors, too. Not sure I have any better alternatives. Exercise does, for sure.
