Spring Valley sleep aid formula looks like a good night time stack but... 10mg melatonin??

My normal sleep stack 1.5 to 2 hrs before bed is:
* .5mg melatonin
* 200mg magnesium (chelated, all I can find in store)
* 500mg Valerian root extract
The spring valley stack looks promising except one thing:
* 25mg Magnesium Chelate
* 100mg L-theanine (I usually take this in the day with my caffiene)
* 75mg chamomile extra (I sometimes drink tea at night but find it doesn't do much)
* 50mg Gaba
* 50mg Passion Flower Extract
* 50mg Lemon Balm
* 50mg Hops extract
* 10mg Melatonin
Jesus christ on a bicycle, 1mg of melatonin will give me a hangover and they're putting 10 in this stuff? Would this pre-fab stack be worth trying, or just keep adding to my own?

25mg Magnesium Chelate
Useless dose... Also, magnesium chelate of what? You can't just say chelate! What is it chelated to? I assume glycine, but who knows.
75mg chamomile extra (I sometimes drink tea at night but find it doesn't do much)
Too low of dose, and no indication of standardization of the extract.
50mg Gaba
Absolutely useless dose.
50mg Passion Flower Extract
Too low of dose, and no indication of standardization of the extract.
50mg Lemon Balm
Too low of dose, and no indication of standardization of the extract.
50mg Hops extract
Too low of dose, and no indication of standardization of the extract.
10mg Melatonin
Idiotic high dose.
Honestly, this is a garbage stack. Not surprising for Spring Valley, though.
