Dosage opinon for 30:1 mushroom extracts?

Hey there. Just got a shipment of Cordyceps, Lion's Mane and Reishi i am eager to implement into my daily routine along with some homemade Psilocybin caps. Add in a pinch of Niacin and I have myself a mushroom megastack lol. Magicstack even? :)
Now, I read many recommendations, and dosages seem to vary immensely from person to person and it is of course dependant on the quality of the product, so I am having trouble with deciding how to dose out my stack.
The Extract is 30:1, which seems pretty high since I mostly see people talking about 8:1 or maybe 10:1 extracts. 30:1 should be three times more concentrated , therefore requiring smaller dosages, right ? However, the label reads that typical dosage would be 1-2g per day, or even higher (same goes for all three - Cordyceps, Lion's Mane and Reishi). Considering what I read on this sub, this seemed to me a bit too much if the extract is really 30:1, what do you think? I was thinking 500mg daily of each would be more appropriate, especially when stacking with other mushrooms.
So, I was thinking of making my daily stack like this:
\- 100mg cap of ground Psylocibe (Stamets' protocol 5on/2off, rest would be taken daily)
\- 500mg C…

30:1 cordyceps is impossible to make. I mean, you can make it. However, it will not be usable. Even 10:1 clumps like crazy. 30:1 would be completely unusable. Ask anyone that extracts or works with cordyceps. They will tell you the same. 30:1 is a not possible. There's no way to even prove extraction ratios in the lab. You could say 100:1, and how would anyone know? That is, unless you actually work with the mushrooms and know how they react to various extraction levels. The same goes for lion's mane. No way to make 30:1 work. Hell, we even tried 10:1 and the powder was unusable. This is why it had to be backed down to 8:1. Even then it sucks to work with, and will clump over time. Both cordyceps and lion's mane become powders that form into hard unusable rocks if you go too high in extraction ratio. So there is no way those are really 30:1 extracts.
What do the labels say? Do they give beta glucan numbers? Did they provide a COA or testing results? Is there a cordycepin number on the cordyceps one? It's hard to suggest dosing when you are pretty sure the entire product is BS. Maybe they are mycelium on grain extracts.
