What in my immune stack is effecting my libido?

I (male, 34) been taking Nootopics Depot’s Immune Defense daily since early July, coupled with ND’s Nicotinamide since early November (and taking Epicor and LC-Plasma/Immuse on a more sporadic basis since mid-November). Within the last few weeks I’ve been noticing a reduced libido, and more worryingly, an almost complete ejaculatory anhedonia.

Are one of these compounds (or the combination thereof) causing my issues? Is there something that I could take or do to more rapidly restore orgasmic ability? Any insight would be appreciated.
