Dopamine synthesis without using a dopamine releasing agent?

So if cali poppy inhibits dopamine-b-hydroxylase, does that mean there will be a negative interaction with bromantane, which I'm assuming does the opposite? Also, does this mean I should be supplementing L-Tyrosine with bromantane? Personally I've experienced no changes from either L-Dopa or L-Tyrosine, and I've heard of many negatives associated with L-Dopa, so I've crossed them out on my list. Also my broscience powers led me to the conclusion that having my own brain produce dopamine synthesis might lead to less natural down-regulation and side effects than supplementing the neurotransmitters. But I'm not sure if this is true or not.

Dopamine beta-hydroxylase is a different enzyme. That's the one that controls the conversion of dopamine to norepinephrine.
So California poppy will increase dopamine by slowing its conversion to NE down.
