Fair enough, might try that one depending on use and how sulforaphene feels, assuming you release that one first, i might try that one, i have some reading up to do! Im guessing all of these are going to be powders that you mix in water before consuming due to the required enzymes, cant think of any other easy solution.
Completely unrelated, had this thought before i went to bed, but since you guys now seem to have the machine required to be able to do in vitro studies, any plans on testing out the direct effect of ebelin lactone on m1 receptors/ neurons to establish what kind of effect it actually has?
Another unrelated thing, i think i remember seeing you say something along the lines of eating one meal a day, that cant be healthy considering all the fat burners and metabolic supplements and appetite suppressants you take. Im sure you know of this already, but a similar thing happens to people who take stimulants, where they just stop eating, be careful not to burn out, your body needs all kinds of nutrients, some of which are harder to get in sufficient doses from supplements. Take care of yourself!
Looking forward to whats next, very cool stuff all around!

Yes, the sulforaphane one will be first. That one is specifically for the highest amount of sulforaphane out there. The other product will give a mixture of multiple isothiocyanates that will all work together. They will both be powders, as that is the only reliable way to get these isothiocyanates into the body. We did a ton of testing. All the "stabilized" sulforaphane on the market is not actually stable. Maybe the Mara Labs did have 5mg when they made it, but it lost half sitting in Amazon's warehouse. We spoke to the company in France that makes that stabilized form, and we told them how hot it was getting in Amazon's warehouses, and how products using their ingredient were breaking down. Then a couple months later BROQ reformulates away from that ingredient completely. There is no current reliable way to stabilize sulforaphane for practical use. It needs to be made just before ingesting. Also, capsules don't work. Myrosinase is extremely fragile. It breaks down right away when entering the body. Even the enteric capsules in some products leaked enough gastric fluid in to deactivate the myrosinase. The only way to get the max amount is to mix glucoraphanin in room temp water, and let sit for 10min, then drink. Sulforaphane is stable at gastric pH, so it can absorb when created ahead of time, but myrosinase isn't. This is why all our isothiocyanate products are going to be powders that you pre-mix in room temp water and let sit for 10min, then drink.

Yes, we have a lot of plans. We have already done a few cell culture studies already. Our Erinamax and erinacine A are what we are starting with, because we have some big projects with a large cancer research institute we are working on, and some of the initial data is pretty crazy. Also, we are doing Tongkat and the quassinoids. However, Cognance and ebelin lactone is on the list as well. We are just focusing on Erinamax/lion's mane and Tongkat/quassinoids at first.

It's actually more healthy. The idea that humans were meant to eat a bunch of meals every day is partly propaganda by the food industry, particularly the cereal makers and makers of snacks. It doesn't even make sense. We evolved over millions of years as hunter gatherers. Do you think prehistoric humans woke up, then immediately had a bowl of cereal in the morning? No, they woke up and went off to hunt for the day, fasted. Then they hunted all day fasted, and ate when they were able to catch something to eat. This is how we evolved. Only very recently in biological timeframes did humans have open access to food enough to be able to eat many times a day. If you look into the biological processes, fasting makes sense. When you eat, your body directs energy to your GI tract to break down and absorb that food. That's energy that is being redirected away from your brain and other organs. If you think back to prehistoric times, that would be energy redirected from the parts of your body most necessary to hunt and catch food, which makes zero sense. In modern times, I think everyone also experiences this as well. How many times have you been accomplishing a lot in your day, then go have a lunch with colleagues, only for all of you to feel sluggish and tired for the second half of the day? It's like clockwork. I see it more obviously than most now because I fast. I am rocking and rolling through my day, on top of shit, and then people I work with say they want to break for lunch. I decline and keep working, then I watch them come back from lunch and basically get nothing done for the rest of the day. That's party because of the energy redirection to the GI tract to metabolize the food, but it is also due to the insulin response.
Extended fasts over the 16 hour mark trigger autophagy. This process is essential for cellular regeneration, neuroprotection, cellular debris removal, and enhanced immune system function. Extended fasts also enhance metabolic flexibility by improving hepatic insulin sensitivity while maintaining glucose homeostasis. It also increases fat oxidation and ketone production, which the brain uses as a more efficient source of energy. Fasting reduces blood pressure, improves cholesterol profiles, and decreases inflammatory markers. Fasting also improves insulin sensitivity, blood sugar control, and reduced diabetes risk.

I think the most obvious evidence for this is the fact that the general health of the population in the US keeps declining every year. The traditional thought of how to be healthy just isn't working. Just look around. If following the conventional wisdom and advice of the medical community on diet and health was correct, why is everyone getting more unhealthy every year? I just feel better when fasted. It's taken me a long time to retrain my body, but now I just operate better when I am in a fasted state. If I eat earlier in the day, it's because I force myself to. It's not because I feel hungry earlier. Then after I eat, I am slow and tired. I even work out, hike, and mountain bike fasted now. You obviously can't jump right to that, but your body does get used to that new normal. My system has been able to reprogram how my body responds to insulin and other triggers, making it possible for me to do any of the things I would normally do without a belly full of food. This is also why we are developing some things like InfiniGreens, InfiniLyte, and our new fiber supplement. When you eat one meal a day, you have to get all your calories in that one meal. I have other nutrients that I spread out in my supplements throughout the day to help account for anything, but some of them like fiber it can be hard to get in one single meal. This is why I take InfiniGreens and fiber in the evening, just before my one meal. My 22-hour fasting protocol aligns with evolutionary biology, where humans naturally experienced extended periods without food, and our metabolic systems are well-adapted to these patterns. The key is ensuring adequate nutrition during my eating window and allowing your body time to adapt to this natural eating rhythm. It also does make it easy to be able to go out to eat with friends, and not have to worry about calories or things like that. Since I am only eating one meal a day, if people hit me up and want to go out to a restaurant, it fits perfectly with my regimen, and won't throw off my calories for the day. From a practical standpoint, that's really nice too.
