Iv noticed these new products don't have stack recommendations, will they be added? Iv also noticed that some recommendations have been removed from other product pages, what is going on?

Ohh, good catch! I hadn't noticed. I will get those added in.
As for other removals, what do you mean specifically? Just stack suggestions? Our website is all controlled by our custom backend now, where all the data is stored on every product. That includes stack suggestions. That backend is where the stack suggestions are set, along with every other piece of information we convey on our products, including all the scientific research we cite for each claim. That allows our scientific advisory board to review everything and sign off on it.
Here is our Tongkat 10% for example
That stores all the data on that product in one central place. Everyone on our team has a login and access to it, including the marketing team and customer support. That way if someone asks a question on a product, everyone can ensure they respond in the same way to customers about it. Marketing also knows what they are and are not allowed to say about it.
Here is the stack section of the backend
That's where we set which other products we want to suggest it to be stacked with, and why. This is then automatically pulled into our site every night.
Here is the benefits section for it
That's where we set the 4 primary benefits for the product, with associated research citations for those claims. It also has an overview of the evidence for that benefit. All this information is used to set the benefits on the product page, but also the research snapshot for that product.
Here is the Tongkat Ali research snapshot
You can see that all the information on the frontend of the site comes directly from the backend. Then our scientific advisory board reviews and signs off on everything.
Here is the SAB section showing claims and sign-offs from the board members.
That shows each product claim, who reviewed it, and if it is approved or not. If they have an issue with a claim or citation, then we have internal responses to them about their issue.
You can see where she was questioning our 100mg dose, based on the research studies we were linking. However, we explained how our 10% is much more potent than anything else used in the research, so it requires a lower dosage.
Ellie didn't think one of the studies we cited was good enough, and suggested a different study instead, so we swapped it out.
Here is one from Kerry on our Cistanche.
Kerry is a botanist and herbalist, so she was mentioning the recent Latin binomial change to the species that we should be aware of.
Here is one on our L-theanine.
Lindsay is our board member that is a double board certified doctor, and she was questioning whether or not we should be citing studies on L-theanine mixed with caffeine for our L-theanine only claims. The reason I show this is to both explain how all the data and information our site gets determined, and show how our scientific advisory board fits into that. I've seen that since we launched our scientific advisory board, other brands are following our lead and forming their own. Thorne is one of the bigger ones that just did a couple months back. However, everyone seems to just be doing it as window dressing as appeals to authority. They form a board of impressive looking people, and say they are advising them. It's basically a page with a bunch of pictures of prestigious people they can reference to make it seem like they are doing something. However, there is no evidence that it is substantive at all. They don't seem to be actually doing anything, whereas we spent an entire year building out a whole backend system to store all this data, and putting in systems and processes for our scientific advisory board to actually review our claims and sign off on them. We're not just putting people's pictures on the site to make it seem like we are legit. We actually created a whole system around real validation of the claims we are making.
Anyway, that trailed off from the original discussion of stacks, but I wanted to show our backend system for it. The reason these most recent products didn't have stack suggestions is that they were not set in our backend. My product specialist has been on vacation, and he usually does those suggestions. Sometimes I do as well. With him off, they just didn't get input in there and reviewed. I will go into the backend now and make sure the stacks get set.
