Immune Defense & positive blood test results

Original post in this thread

Hi ND team and u/misteryouaresodumb, a few months ago I started taking ND's Immune Defense. I also took two blood tests near the start and end of the bottle.

Interestingly, the scores on my WBC differential count improved quite significantly, especially with respect to lymphocytes (went from 2.5x10\^9 to 3.6x10\^9 per liter). I understand these include the NK cells, T cells and B cells.

This seems positive but can immunity be actually quantified by these numbers on a blood test? In any case, you guys are doing amazing work. Thank you for all that you do.

Really shocked to see you say Kratom!

I actually have a couple questions on that if you don't mind; what is your Kratom dosing schedule (dose amount and number of times dosed a day) and more importantly, where do you source it?

Kratom and I have a delicate relationship. I probably would not be able to mentally accomplish all that I do without it, but I am constantly trying to keep a handle on it progressing to a tolerance/dependence issue. It's just one of the only things that I can use to get through long shitty days. I can't begin to even explain the mental strain it has been building all that I have. It's honestly pretty nuts. I actually started using kratom after having to be on oxycodone for a year after a failed shoulder surgery and a second surgery to fix it. There was nerve damage, and I had to do a year of grueling physical therapy to regain full use of my arm. Since then, my brain chemistry has changed from the oxycodone. I never used to like the feeling of opiates, but now they just work for me. Give me 7.5mg of oxycodone, and I can accomplish anything in a day. It just makes me operate at peak efficiency. Kratom allows for a somewhat similar effect to that, but more sustainable.

I take 3 grams followed later by 2.5 grams. That's my standard regimen. As for source, I am not sure of a current good one. I bought a ton when the whole ban thing was going down. Mmmspeciosa has always been good, but expensive. I always loved Herbal Salvation, but they changed names now and I am not sure the quality stayed. I have been thinking of having my team develop some kratom methods in our lab to test for things, but I haven't yet. I will at some point.

It's very possible when combined with mulungu and kratom. Have you used mulungu before? What doses of everything were you using?
