Immune Defense & positive blood test results

Hi ND team and u/misteryouaresodumb, a few months ago I started taking ND's Immune Defense. I also took two blood tests near the start and end of the bottle.
Interestingly, the scores on my WBC differential count improved quite significantly, especially with respect to lymphocytes (went from 2.5x10\^9 to 3.6x10\^9 per liter). I understand these include the NK cells, T cells and B cells.
This seems positive but can immunity be actually quantified by these numbers on a blood test? In any case, you guys are doing amazing work. Thank you for all that you do.

Nice, I love Kratom as well. Can't wait to try your tongkat ali once it's out.
Btw something I found out recently is kratom tea is quite strong (maybe 80%?) and great to not have to eat the leaves. If it's not a rare ressource for you I find letting the leaves simmer in water with apple cider vinegar for 20mins works out well. When I'd drink it I would have to mix it with sweeteners before and those tend to cause gut issues ( at least stevia does for me after a while...). Toss & turn or whatever its called makes me gag sometimes... Tea I can drink alone.
I've been trying a few variations of making the tea to extract as many chemicals so if you end up doing it and find any combinations that work well let us know :D. One advantage is if you have access to the full leaf is you can put the stems and apparently the stems have more of the "energizing" chemicals of the plant. Even grounded the stems would taste much worse than the leaves so I would never use them before.

You are doing a minor acid extraction that way, which is extracting the alkaloids. Vinegar is a diluted acetic acid. The issue with that is that you are only getting some of the alkaloids. I prefer a full spectrum, which is why I do toss and wash. It was gross at first, but I am used to it now. Kratom tastes bad, but the tongkat is like 100X worse.
You can do a more full-spectrum extraction if you wanted. Actually, doing a higher concentration solution of vinegar, then microwaving it, actually helps extract more of the alkaloids from it. Then you can strain it and cool it down. You could neutralize the acid a bit with a base if you wanted to make it taste a bit better.
