Immune Defense & positive blood test results

Original post in this thread

Hi ND team and u/misteryouaresodumb, a few months ago I started taking ND's Immune Defense. I also took two blood tests near the start and end of the bottle.

Interestingly, the scores on my WBC differential count improved quite significantly, especially with respect to lymphocytes (went from 2.5x10\^9 to 3.6x10\^9 per liter). I understand these include the NK cells, T cells and B cells.

This seems positive but can immunity be actually quantified by these numbers on a blood test? In any case, you guys are doing amazing work. Thank you for all that you do.

I have plenty of things for my dopamine receptors. My current stack is this:

Morning: Coffee 1-2 cups, Agmatine Sulfate 1g (D1 upregulation), Pterostilbene 450mg (D-Synthesis), NAD+ nasal spray (D-Synthesis)

Lunch: Multivitamin (D-Synthesis)

After Work: Agmatine Sulfate 1g, Pterostilbene 450mg, NAD+ nasal spray, Multivitamin

Night: \[ Alpha GPC 600mg + Fish Oil 2g + Uridine Monophosphate 700mg + Melatonin 300mg \] (D\~ upregulation) and this month MK-677 25mg as well (D-Synthesis). Oh, and Berberine for this month due to MK-677.

The reason I think dopamine synthesis could benefit me is because it'd be synergestic with the dopamine receptor upregulation, helping me achieve the constant drive I'm looking for with minimal addiction and downregulation of baseline dopamine levels.

Magnolia Bark I find to be a bit benzo-esque though not really what I'm looking for, NAD+ was decent but not nearly enough for motivational purposes, Berberine I like but it's too subtle to be functional in my plan, and I didn't benefit from your Polygala or Cordyceps. CoQSol-CF is a neat one, might implement it in the future, but currently I'm wondering if there's something very potent I can try, so I don't have to stack with Pterostilbene and NAD+. Something similar to bromantane for dopamine synthesis.

I do exercise daily, and I did through the majority of my kratom use, especially tow…

The combo of berberine, Longvida, CoQSol-CF, and our NMN tablets is the magic sauce for energy/motivation. I think AMPK is getting hit hard with that combo, and the MAOI effects of Longvida kind of manifest themselves in that stack.

I also prefer agmatine at night. Have you ever tried shifting that to night time instead of the day time?

Where do you source your California poppy?

Dopamine synthesis without using a dopamine releasing agent?

Replying to sirsadalot · One final last tiny tiny little question, if I may For dopamine synthesis I have CoQ12, Pterostilbene, Multivitamin, NAD+ nasal spray, and soon bromantane. Maybe caffeine as well,

For up-regulation of dopamine, you are know the common ones. Uridine, Inositol, ALCAR, Sulbutiamine, and Forskolin are the main ones. Cordyceps up-regulates D2 receptors, too. Not sure I have any better alternatives. Exe

What does /u MisterYouAreSoDumb take?

I am always trying new things that we are working on. So at any one point in time my stack will be different. However, I do have some staples in my base stack that stay there pretty consistently. * CoQSol-CF * Reacta-C

Possible to get an update on the referenced in conjunction with stimulants stack?

Oversimplifying it a bit, but: **Reducing tolerance build up from the stimulants.** * Micromag * Agmatine Sulfate * Triacetyluridine * Polygala **Optimizing neurochemistry/dopamine signalling.** * L-tyrosine * Triac

Replying to faxmulder · Which are good interactions, other than cordyceps? Is it working well with polygala, Nigella sativa and 7,8 DHF?

It combines great with all those. I also combine with CoQSol-CF and NMN for energy. I have not really found anything it doesn't combine well with, at least for me personally.
