may or may not be the place for this, but the dose recommendation for mag glycinate powdered form is 1200 mg twice daily with a 14% elemental magnesium content. This seems like a lot, does this seem like too large of a dose?

Why do you recommend that? I eat organ meats occasionally so I think I get enough CoQ10 from food but I'm curious to hear why you value that stack.

Also, have you ever had SEO work done for your site? I was poking around the site and the IA (information architecture) is pretty subpar and that could negatively affect your Google rankings. Just a suggestion of something to look into. I work in that field.

Shilajit boosts the effects of CoQ10. So they pair very well together.

We have done SEO, but that's not really our field. If you have suggestions, we would love to hear them! You can always PM me here.

My pleasure! I am currently taking a couple of our new Natrium products for testing purposes. One is an optimized pananx ginseng and the other is an enhanced L-carnosine. I am also taking CoQsol-CF, shilajit, rhodiola,

potential interactions in my ND's stack?

Replying to Tee_Rab · Hey my man, I use your Mag Glycinate too! Loving it, by the powder by nature tastes like crap and is pretty much extremely difficult to cover up with juices etc. Any suggestions? D

Magnesium glycinate is definitely one of the worse tasting magnesium forms. You could use almond milk to help cover it up a bit. I usually just tough it out. Eventually you get used to bad flavors, and your brain doesn't

REALLY?!? You think shilajit and panax ginseng taste okay? I assume you are not talking about our panax ginseng leaf? That shit is nasty. I suppose we could just have different taste buds. L-threonate doesn't really tas
