may or may not be the place for this, but the dose recommendation for mag glycinate powdered form is 1200 mg twice daily with a 14% elemental magnesium content. This seems like a lot, does this seem like too large of a dose?

By the way do you take just a single 250mg agmatine capsule or more? Also, didn't you say that the 10:1 cordyceps is too strong for daily use? One more question: is it pointless to take L-carnosine if you already take 6.4g beta-alanine and 16mg zinc carnosine daily?

I usually just take a single 250mg capsule. I tried higher dosages for a while, but the lower ones suit me better.

You need to take L-carnosine at 1,000 per dose for it to work, as you need to overwhelm your carnosinase enzyme for it to provide the full benefits.

You just have to take it before drinking. Taking it during and after can definitely make things worse. Just a single 500mg dose before is best. That being said, I've actually started preferring Emoxypine for drinking. Y

Stick to just agmatine. Most people find that to be sufficient without another source of arginine. Taurine, cordyceps, and beta alanine are good, though. >Adding something else for energy, such as dynamine or a B comple
