Super Rhodiola?

Original post in this thread

cryptohasan · 6 points

I really like ashwagandha for general mood and anxiety so I was looking for something to stack with it on days where I need a bit more energy. I have heard rhodiola with a greater concentration of salidrosides works well. Super rhodiola is apparently just the active chemicals which leads me to believe that it works even better.

If you have experience with both rhodiola rosea and super rhodolia, please answer the following questions:

* 1 - what were the brands you used
* 2 - what were the effects, both positive and negative
* 3 - how long you used it for
* 4 - if and when the effects stopped working

Thank you sir! I appreciate all your help and advise. Another reason why I love ND/Natirum.

What’s your personal stack looking like these days? Always curious what the experts are using

My pleasure!

I am currently taking a couple of our new Natrium products for testing purposes. One is an optimized pananx ginseng and the other is an enhanced L-carnosine. I am also taking CoQsol-CF, shilajit, rhodiola, DLPA, magnesium (threonate in am and glycinate in pm), olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract (for immune boosting), and some cool enteric coated gotu kola tablets that we are about to release on ND.

We are also reformulating the flavors on Natrium's solutions. When my team moved away from artificial sweeteners they did a poor job of flavoring them. So we just did some re-flavoring trials, and the new flavors we are going to be doing on the solutions are 1,000% better than the existing ones. We also were able to keep it all-natural. So I think that should be good for those that like our solutions. The current flavors are horrible, in my opinion.
