Nootropics depot Magnesium glycinate

may or may not be the place for this, but the dose recommendation for mag glycinate powdered form is 1200 mg twice daily with a 14% elemental magnesium content. This seems like a lot, does this seem like too large of a dose?

Got it, this makes a lot of sense. For the record the Primavie Shilajit on your site shows 0.926 ppm of lead not 0.2 according to the accompanying image \(http://nootropicsdepot.com/primavie\-purified\-shilajit\-powder/\). Are those readings on the image just taken from the first batch or is there somewhere they're updated with incoming batches and contaminant levels?

This doesn't make a big difference in terms of health effects as you proved in your previous comment, I'm just curious.

Sorry, I was looking at the wrong number. I can redo the calculations, but the idea is the same. The current batch is actually .887ppm. The previous batch was .677ppm. The site should have been updated to a NLT number spec sheet. I'll get it updated now.

My pleasure! I am currently taking a couple of our new Natrium products for testing purposes. One is an optimized pananx ginseng and the other is an enhanced L-carnosine. I am also taking CoQsol-CF, shilajit, rhodiola,

potential interactions in my ND's stack?

Replying to Tee_Rab · Hey my man, I use your Mag Glycinate too! Loving it, by the powder by nature tastes like crap and is pretty much extremely difficult to cover up with juices etc. Any suggestions? D

Magnesium glycinate is definitely one of the worse tasting magnesium forms. You could use almond milk to help cover it up a bit. I usually just tough it out. Eventually you get used to bad flavors, and your brain doesn't

Replying to mercnz · the description on powdercity says it's bitter, and to consider using capsules, but it's bisglycinate, i'm not sure if that's the same. hmm, i find shilajit and panax ginseng ok t

REALLY?!? You think shilajit and panax ginseng taste okay? I assume you are not talking about our panax ginseng leaf? That shit is nasty. I suppose we could just have different taste buds. L-threonate doesn't really tas
