Ashwagandha(KSM) and Libido Experience

I decided to add KSM to my daily stack to aid into getting more serious about my weight training routine. I thought everything was fine until I realized that I wasn't getting aroused with my gf, and when I did I couldn't really keep it up. This is the total opposite of me 4 days ago before I started.
I know that the science states the opposition where Ashwagandha tends to boost libido and Test but this is the only change to my stack.
In the future, I think KSM is more situational for a stressful time period like at work or a major life event, but on a daily basis, be sure to take note if you notice anything weird going on down there.

Sorry, but I read a lot of reports in reddit and longecity about KSM - 66 severely impairing libido.
Also, it makes me tired and screw up my thyroid function making me lose too much weight.
People should know that it can happen, this study use a mega dose, is true, but they should research more about the libido claims of ashwagandha.
I used to love this supplement, it really kills anxiety, I have nothing against it but a bad experience on the long time.
Ayurveda is not for me, Centella, Bacopa, Ashwagandha, they all mess with my thyroid, energy levels and libido. TCM works better in my opinion.

No doubt. Listen to your body. If you do not react to adaptogens, then avoid them. You might be sensitive to thyroid changes, which makes side effects more likely. I just want people to know that side effects like that are not common. For every 1 person that has them, there are countless others that don't. We sell a ton of Sensoril and KSM-66 now, and most people love the effects. You do get some like you that react poorly, as with any substance.
I may try to do a synthetic version of it at some point, like our Super Rhodiola. Then we can only bring over the anxiolytic compounds, and leave out the ones that affect the thyroid.
