Ashwagandha(KSM) and Libido Experience

Original post in this thread

I decided to add KSM to my daily stack to aid into getting more serious about my weight training routine. I thought everything was fine until I realized that I wasn't getting aroused with my gf, and when I did I couldn't really keep it up. This is the total opposite of me 4 days ago before I started.

I know that the science states the opposition where Ashwagandha tends to boost libido and Test but this is the only change to my stack.

In the future, I think KSM is more situational for a stressful time period like at work or a major life event, but on a daily basis, be sure to take note if you notice anything weird going on down there.

I get the GI distress too! It only happens on a full stomach though, it's fine on a semi empty stomach. Do you get it on an empty stomach too?

Yeah, it's only after a few days of regular use, and only usually if I mix it with food, or if I take a bunch of mushroom extracts with it. Lower dosages do not cause it. It's mostly higher ones. I get worse stomach pain from a higher dose of Cordyceps extract. So for both our Cordyceps and KSM-66 I just have to get my dosages right. If I take a single 300mg dose of KSM-66, I am fine. If I take two in a day, or a larger single dose, then I might have some GI upset later after eating. Also, I am fine with the Cordyceps if I keep it at 800-1,000mg. If I go higher, I get some stomach pain.

We can't do longer descriptions for the synthetics, unfortunately. There is a reason content is sparse on some products. It's a deliberate choice for legal reasons. For the naturals, we can definitely link the blogs on

Stick to just agmatine. Most people find that to be sufficient without another source of arginine. Taurine, cordyceps, and beta alanine are good, though. >Adding something else for energy, such as dynamine or a B comple

Cordyceps, tongkat ali, KSM-66, and shilajit are the ones to combine with it. That will get your motor running.
