Ashwagandha(KSM) and Libido Experience

Original post in this thread

I decided to add KSM to my daily stack to aid into getting more serious about my weight training routine. I thought everything was fine until I realized that I wasn't getting aroused with my gf, and when I did I couldn't really keep it up. This is the total opposite of me 4 days ago before I started.

I know that the science states the opposition where Ashwagandha tends to boost libido and Test but this is the only change to my stack.

In the future, I think KSM is more situational for a stressful time period like at work or a major life event, but on a daily basis, be sure to take note if you notice anything weird going on down there.

Hypothetically, If I told that you can only keep one of the substances you've been taking, what would that substance be ? One could also ask which of the substances you've been taking you would never want to be without.

That's too hard of a question to really give a sufficient answer. There are so many variables, and I use different things for different situations. It would probably have to be between the cordyceps 1:1 and panax ginseng (leaf or GS15-4) on the natural side. On the synthetic side, I would say Semax.

Despite all the great evidence around it, why is l-carnosine so little discussed here?

Replying to janowski_d · Could you list any other substances that you take on regular basis ( beside Semax, Selank and caffeine of course I know you love them already haha ) ? Never heard before of carnos

I am always changing things, and trying out new compounds. So what I am taking varies a lot. Lately I have been doing a base stack of cordyceps 1:1 extract, shilajit, panax ginseng root/leaf/GS15-4, polygala, caffeine, t
