I decided to add KSM to my daily stack to aid into getting more serious about my weight training routine. I thought everything was fine until I realized that I wasn't getting aroused with my gf, and when I did I couldn't really keep it up. This is the total opposite of me 4 days ago before I started.
I know that the science states the opposition where Ashwagandha tends to boost libido and Test but this is the only change to my stack.
In the future, I think KSM is more situational for a stressful time period like at work or a major life event, but on a daily basis, be sure to take note if you notice anything weird going on down there.

Hello - anything new wrt the topic of dietary supplement regulations on your end ? In a newsletter I got earlier today, the author (Roger Mason, USA) wrote this - if true, this is indeed insane !

«You should know by now that the government wants to ban all supplements so you would need a doctor's prescription to buy any kind of vitamin supplement. Well, the FDA has now secretly partnered with Google to start doing just that. Google has banned common
amino acids like glutamin and arginine as "prescription drugs". This is too insane for words! They class commonly sold amino acid as Rx drugs such as clenbuterol. the next step will be to stop add Google ads if you offer these safe amino acids on your website. All 20 amino
acids are found in your everyday food and in your body. They are therefore "endogenous". This is the beginning of the end of legal vitamin supplements folks. America is the ONLY civilized country in the world that freely sells these. Communists like Chuck Schumer have been trying to ban them for decades to help the pharmaceutical industry. They do not want any competition. This severely hurts the profits of any company selling amino acids.»

He's using a lot of hyperbole, but his premise has merit. Google has already banned both our companies from Adwords. I have a feeling it's due to insider business shadiness, though; not government interference. However, the FDA definitely wants to regulate supplements more like drugs, and they are fighting hard to do that. We need to support senators and representatives that support the supplement industry, as they are fighting the FDA to keep them out of it. Regulating supplements like drugs would be a horrible decision, and effectively kill all the small businesses in the industry. The pharmaceutical industry results in 180,000 deaths every year, and 1.9 million hospital visits. The supplement industry results in only 20,000 hospital visits per year, and ZERO reported deaths in most years; and most of the hospital visits are due to shitty weight loss supplements or stimulants. Why on earth would we want an industry that causes so little health problems to be regulated like and industry that kills hundreds of thousands every year, and hospitalizes millions more?!?
I get that the supplement industry has problems. I am trying to get involved and fix them. However, it's not a danger to the public like the FDA wants you to believe. People get scammed by ineffective or fake products more than anything, rather than actually harming themselves. That's easy to change with education, and making consumers hold companies accountable for testing programs. It's not something that needs to be handled like the pharmaceutical industry, though. Our pharmaceutical industry is a mess as it is. Our whole medical system is a mess as it is. We do not need the FDA making the supplement industry a mess too.
