I decided to add KSM to my daily stack to aid into getting more serious about my weight training routine. I thought everything was fine until I realized that I wasn't getting aroused with my gf, and when I did I couldn't really keep it up. This is the total opposite of me 4 days ago before I started.
I know that the science states the opposition where Ashwagandha tends to boost libido and Test but this is the only change to my stack.
In the future, I think KSM is more situational for a stressful time period like at work or a major life event, but on a daily basis, be sure to take note if you notice anything weird going on down there.

I personally found it as a very dangerous herb if you already have elevated thyroid function.

Yes, if you have overactive thyroid function, ashwagandha might elevate you even more.
>The importance of ashwagandha root extract in the regulation of thyroid function with
special reference to type-I iodothyronine 5'-monodeiodinase activity in mice liver has been
investigated.
>Although the root extract (1.4gkg-') administered daily for 20 days by gastric intubation
increased serum 3,3',5-triiodothyronine (T3) and tetraiodothyronine (T4) concentrations
and hepatic glucose-6-phosphatase activity, hepatic iodothyronine 5'-monodeiodinase
activity did not change significantly. Furthermore, ashwagandha root extract significantly
reduced hepatic lipid peroxidation, whereas the activity of antioxidant enzymes such as
superoxide dismutase and catalase were increased.
>These findings reveal that the ashwagandha root extract stimulates thyroidal activity and
also enhances the antiperoxidation of hepatic tissue.
