Ashwagandha(KSM) and Libido Experience

I decided to add KSM to my daily stack to aid into getting more serious about my weight training routine. I thought everything was fine until I realized that I wasn't getting aroused with my gf, and when I did I couldn't really keep it up. This is the total opposite of me 4 days ago before I started.
I know that the science states the opposition where Ashwagandha tends to boost libido and Test but this is the only change to my stack.
In the future, I think KSM is more situational for a stressful time period like at work or a major life event, but on a daily basis, be sure to take note if you notice anything weird going on down there.

Gut distress from ashwaganda = nightshade allergy? Amazon reviews as shady as they are have alot of alarming 1 star reviews about it.

Well there are compound in ashwagandha that increase immune function. This is most likely part of what is leading to the GI upset. It's increasing an immune response in the GI tract, which is causing upset. That's different than a full blown allergy to nightshade products. It's also dose-dependent. I don't get it unless I take over 300mg/day of KSM-66.
Also, Ashwagandha increases thyroid function, which regulates your gastrointestinal tract. That's probably playing a role as well. Stomach upset is the most common side effect with all ashwagandha supplements. Usually it is more annoying than anything, and people just need to not take too much.
