I decided to add KSM to my daily stack to aid into getting more serious about my weight training routine. I thought everything was fine until I realized that I wasn't getting aroused with my gf, and when I did I couldn't really keep it up. This is the total opposite of me 4 days ago before I started.
I know that the science states the opposition where Ashwagandha tends to boost libido and Test but this is the only change to my stack.
In the future, I think KSM is more situational for a stressful time period like at work or a major life event, but on a daily basis, be sure to take note if you notice anything weird going on down there.

KSM - 66 kills libido, there are a lot of post here about that fact. It ruined a fuck with a girl I liked a lot and I will never forgive that. NEVER.
On the other hand, I probably got her because I was confindent and cool as hell because of KSM - 66.
Take rhodiola or maca, it boost libido for me.
Science:
AIM: To determine the effect of a methanolic extract of Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal roots on sexua| competence of male rats.
METHODS: Male rats were orally administered 3000 mg.kg-1.day-1 of root extract for 7 days. Their sexua| behaviour was evaluated 7 days prior to treatment, day 3 and 7 of treatment, and day 7, 14 and 30 post-treatment by pairing each male with a receptive female.
RESULTS: The root extract induced a marked impairment in libido, sexua| performance, sexua| vigour, and penile erectile dysfunction. These effects were partly reversible on cessation of treatment. These antimasculine effects are not due to changes in testosterone levels or toxicity but may be attributed to hyperprolactinemic, GABAergic, serotonergic or sedative activities of the extract.
CONCLUSION: Use of W. somnifera roots may be detrimental to male sexua| competence.

That was a single rat study, and they used a methanol extract of ashwagandha roots. Both Sensoril and KSM-66 are water extracts. Also, they used 3,000mg/kg dosing in the rats for 7 days! Even correcting for allometric scaling, that is a MASSIVE dose of ashwagandha.
They even state this:
This dose is equivalent to fifteen times the human dose
It has zero relevance on human dosages of a water extract of ashwagandha. I'd be hard pressed to get it up if I was taking 4.5 grams of KSM-66 for a week, too.
