L-Phenylalanine , L-Tirosine , L-DOPA

Can you please tell me why some people from here are using L-Phenylalanine and L-Tirosine instead of just using L-DOPA ? (L-Phenylalanine - while in the body - its biologically converted to L-Tirosine which in turn its biologically converted into L-DOPA which is further converted into dopamine, norepinephrine (noradrenaline), and epinephrine (adrenaline). )

Then I would suggest attacking it from a more natural approach. Supplement L-phenylalanine for dopamine, and tryptophan for serotonin. You can have some NALT around for short term boosts of dopamine, as I find that to be very effective. However, it loses effectiveness after 5 or so days. So only use if for short term boosts.

The same can be said of 5-HTP. I have some, for short term boosts in 5-HT production. However, that is usually only after using MDMA, as that causes a drop in tryptophan hydroxylase. Then I supplement bacopa, which up-regulates tryptophan hydroxylase, returning my enzyme levels to normal. Normally I just make sure my diet has enough tryptophan. It's easy to find in foods.

For you, the approach should be multifaceted. You need to address any damage caused by your drug use, and return your body's natural systems to baseline. Adaptogens are going to be a great help with this. Bacopa, Rhodiola, and Ashwagandha are all good. Some people have great things to say about ginseng. However, I have not added that into my stack yet, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness.

Then you need to address receptor down-regulation, which most likely is the main cause of your issues. Saint John's Wort is a great supplement for up-regulating your 5-HT receptors. The Perika brand has been shown to be more effective than others, as it standardizes to both hyperforin and hypericin. CDP choline has been shown to up-regulate dopamine receptors, as has high doses of inositol.

Then you can supplement to increase BDNF, to repair any axon terminal damage cause by MDMA's or Amp's oxidative metabolites. Noopept is a good one for the hippocampus. Then you are going to need one for the frontal cortex. Agomelatine has been shown to increase BDNF in the frontal cortex, as has low doses of THC.

Then you can supplement a low dose NMDA receptor antagonist to help reverse tolerance. Mematine is the preferred one, but is prescription. DXM works, but don't take it for longer than a week at a time.

Haha, no need for throwaways for something like this. Multiple people have said they have this effect. I took a month break, and now only take them occasionally. I replaced them with adaptogens like Bacopa, Rhodiola, As
