Can someone explain Tongkat Ali dosing to me?

I watched this Youtube clip with Andrew Huberman talking about it on the Joe Rogan podacast. He said to take 400mg/day.
But everyone here talks about the dosing as 2% or 10%? How many mg are in each of those 2 options?
Below is the link to the YT clip.

Is it possible that eurycomanone isn’t the only Quassinoid that is at play? Like could the extraction process maybe leave some others out which could decrease the effectiveness? I know sometimes with things like this there’s synergistic effects between different components.

100%. Eurycomanone is absolutely not the only one at play. It's just the most studied active compound, and a good marker for extraction efficiency. This is why some people prefer our 2% to our 10%. The other compounds affect people differently. We are developing more advanced analytical methods to get a larger holistic snapshot. It would be kind of like looking at ashwagandha as just a withanolide-A standardization. You would be missing the other withanolides. This is also why we helped develop new analytical methods for Shoden. Sometimes the industry standard for standardization is missing a big piece of the picture. We are always looking to fill in the gaps and advance the science.
That being said, powdered root is not going to be anywhere near a good extract in effectiveness. I've personally tried 15 different tongkat alis on the market when we were developing ours. Powdered tongkat ali root might as well be a different plant to an extract like our 2% or 10%. It would be like comparing Shoden to powdered ashwagandha root. Just much different levels of efficacy.
