So those symptoms could be histamine related? I've somewhat looked into that too as my mother has terrible histamine issues which makes her bedridden, over the years I've started to slowly display a lot of symptoms she has unfortunately. I do have defects in mast-cell related genes which could point towards something.
I used to have really good immune-system, but last four years I've gotten more and more flus and colds and its also by this time I started feeling generally worse both mentally and physically. However, I've seen great progress in last months now that I really start adressing it full-force (diet, single strain probiotic drinks, kimchi, sauerkraut, some supplements, meditation etc).
Interesting note is that I currently trial Selank again which now gives me side-effects in form of shivers around my head, nausea, pain in random body parts, headache and nausea. It really feels like flu-symptoms, maybe the anti-viral effect is helping getting rid of some chronic infection? I've decided to keep going to see if it gets better.

Yes, histamine is related to a lot of inflammation issues. I have a mast cell disorder too, and have to take Cetirizine daily to prevent all sorts of issues.
Selank definitely has an immune modulating effect. It's strange that it is manifesting in flu-like symptoms, though. Are you taking it nasally? What dose, and how often?
