This is interesting, Epicor caught my attention a while ago for the purpose of modulating the immune-system so I have two bottles lying around. I believe my immune-system is not working properly leading to some of the issues I have today.
I remember starting Epicor (1 or 1/2 cap a day) and 4-5 days later getting really bad symptoms such as nausea, joint pain, general inflammation and puffiness, terrible brain-fog, depressive and so on. The side-effects were unbearable so I had to quit. Any advice on why this reaction? Allergy? "Die-off" ?

That's probably a histamine reaction you are having. Do you have a normal immune system at baseline?
