When I was living in India I got some kind of food poisoning that had me in bed for 2 weeks and feeling sick for a month, and my girlfriend got hepatitis E. India is nothing to fuck around with. Is this the kind of thing that could be taken as needed when sick or is it best taken on an ongoing basis?

Yeah, it was bad. I will probably never go back to India.
EpiCor works best on a regular basis, because it prevents the pathogens from getting into your system. It's not one that you take just when you start feeling sick.
