Recieved an email today from Nootropics Depot about a product called "EpiCore".

I've never heard of it before but it seems to be an amazing compound. Does anyone have any experience with it before? I'll post the write up below...

I see, might be good idea for me to dig deeper into the histamine issues. I'm 1,5 weeks into Quercetin with Bromelain as well and notice significant improvement in general inflammation/muscle tension etc although higher doses seems to give me migraine-like headaches. Quercetin is said to improve mast cell disorders.

I take 1-2 sprays (250 - 500 mcg) once in the evening after work. This is my 4th day so far. The spray is rather old though, but kept in fridge all time. I do notice some nice effects in that senses seems enhanced, especially smell and vision. This has manifested in previous trials as well.

Quercetin and Bromelain does work. I use them occasionally as well. It's not a replacement for antihistamines, but helps.
