I see, might be good idea for me to dig deeper into the histamine issues. I'm 1,5 weeks into Quercetin with Bromelain as well and notice significant improvement in general inflammation/muscle tension etc although higher doses seems to give me migraine-like headaches. Quercetin is said to improve mast cell disorders.
I take 1-2 sprays (250 - 500 mcg) once in the evening after work. This is my 4th day so far. The spray is rather old though, but kept in fridge all time. I do notice some nice effects in that senses seems enhanced, especially smell and vision. This has manifested in previous trials as well.

Quercetin and Bromelain does work. I use them occasionally as well. It's not a replacement for antihistamines, but helps.
