500mg once per day.
I know people are always hesitant about hype and snake oil. That's why I have not offered it until now. I wanted to give it a good 2 years of use before backing it; with different seasons, by itself, with other compounds, and cycling off it. This without a doubt has completely changed my immune system for the better. It's the only thing I take every single day, besides my Cetirizine. Sitting down with an immunologist and a microbiome expert really got me to realize how important probiotics are for the immune system to function.
