u/MisterYouAreSoDumb recalling said that it's better to keep the peptides in the fridge but once reconstituted they have to be out to normal room temp. is that true that they degrade in the fridge if you keep them in after reconstitution? Also the reconstitutional mean (eg. bac water) have to be in room temp., as well?

Always keep peptide in the fridge, as that is where they are most stable. They are MORE stable as a lyophilized powder in the vial, and become LESS stable once you mix them with water. However, some smaller sequence peptides are more stable than others when mixed. So P21, Semax, and Selank are all pretty stable compared to other peptides. It's longer ones like Orexin-A and CJC-1295 that break down quickly at room temp when mixed with water. Generally, the longer the peptide sequence, the less stable it is. It's more complex than that, but that's a good general rule. When at all possible, keep peptides in the fridge for highest stability.
