Recieved an email today from Nootropics Depot about a product called "EpiCore".

I've never heard of it before but it seems to be an amazing compound. Does anyone have any experience with it before? I'll post the write up below...

EpiCor® is a unique and natural fermentation powder comprised of dozens of compounds and metabolites that work together to help strengthen your immune system by balancing immune response. In other words, it acts like a multivitamin for your immune system. There is excitement about EpiCor® because it provides a range of immune strengthening benefits tested by science.*

Unlike other immune ingredients that are concentrated extracts or chemically synthesized compounds, EpiCor® is a natural complex powder that benefits the immune system in many ways. I love MYASD and what he has done for the community, but the pricing for this is just crazy. You can find encapsulated products online that are significantly cheaper than than the Nootropics Depot powder product. For example I can get 75g of encapsulated product from amazon for cheaper than 60g of the bulk powder from ND. Not to mention that I get all the inherent benefits that come from ordering from Amazon. And I get free SAME day shipping.

Unfortunately for patented products like these, the manufacturer sets strict pricing policies. It's the same for Bacognize, Sensoril, Longvida, etc. I have tried to haggle, but they know they are the only option; since they own the patent. So my hands are tied on pricing. They can come down on price if I buy a few hundred kilos or more. However, our current credit card processing issues have severely limited my financial abilities.

Healthy Origins usually charges more than that too. I paid $40.99 for that last order. They must be trying to clear out the stock. However, I am just happy to get this awesome product out there for people, and make more people aware of it. If you want to go with a different source, no big deal. Our margins are thin on this as it is.

You should trust brands that are testing for identity and amount of active ingredients in EVERY batch of extract that comes through, using scientifically validated methods. Big store brands are usually shit.

Lions mane 8:1 extract on amazon has an F on fakespot. Why?

Replying to Fakespot · We can see why this thread would gain a lot of attention due to the F grade for an ND product. Before I dive into the grading, let's talk about the grade itself and what it means.

Hey, Fakespot! Didn't expect that. I am going to forewarn you, this will be a long one. I am going to go into a lot of detail, and I am going to pepper sarcasm and criticism in along the way. Just be prepared (peppered?)
