Recieved an email today from Nootropics Depot about a product called "EpiCore".
I've never heard of it before but it seems to be an amazing compound. Does anyone have any experience with it before? I'll post the write up below...

I was gone for a couple years without taking any and my dabbling with it goes back quite a long time so it's hard to know for sure which specific brands. I'd toss the brands I got strange effects from.I found a quarter bottle of "Vitamin Research Products" brand that I've taken the past couple days and it has helped a little, nothing sensational to blog about though. It could just be inert since it has been laying around a while. The GNC brand I bought recently I'd give a 6 on the ten scale compared to the past, at least it's not causing any strange reactions. In the beginning, I'd order diamondV bulk and got less than stellar effects from it, so then I cycled through the various supplement forms on the market and some of those seemed to work, and some didn't. That's how my body handles this stuff, it's either good, or the opposite, so much variability. I'll try some of yours out at some point because I do think certain yeast and fermented things like Epicor are underrated for immunity and the gut/brain axis. Having less allergies and histamine certainly feels nootropic!
Also, it's weird that I don't have any of these histamine like issues when out of the states, but about a month into coming back they start creeping up again after eating certain foods (have a clean diet) even though I eat some of the same elsewhere. Yeah, a lot of people report that when coming back to the US. I am not sure what it is in our food supply that does it.
