Recieved an email today from Nootropics Depot about a product called "EpiCore".

I've never heard of it before but it seems to be an amazing compound. Does anyone have any experience with it before? I'll post the write up below...

Nice, are you taking any other things besides Cetirizine and Quercetin that helps with your histamine issues? I'm thinking if it may be worth trying Cetirizine daily for some time to see if it helps, however, I do not wanna get unnecessarily addicted to anti-histamines either. Doctors don't know jackshit about histamine issues when I've speaken to them other than "try an antihistamine" approach, would probably not get investigated for mast-cell disorder either if I asked.

I have tried a lot of things out there. The only thing that works 100% every time is Cetirizine. I do have to up my dose as the years go by, though. We still don't know exactly what causes the mast cell disorder.
