spilled selank - safe?

My selank dropped out of my fridge door today and shattered on the floor (right before my first use...). It was reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, 6mg/ml. I used a syringe to get what i could off the floor and I have it stored for now. Obviously it's unsafe for injection, but is it safe to make a nasal spray? I know the cribiform plate is a pretty vulnerable area and I want to be cautious.

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
