Nootropics Depot not posting negative review

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you know I left a negative review on a product on Nootropics Depot 1-2 months ago now and it hasn't been published. There have been reviews published since then as well. Just want to put this out there for anyone looking at products off the site because they all usually have 5 star ratings.
Also, this was not just a negative review because it didn't work for me but because the product became completely unusable in my 'climate' and there was no warning on the website or on the packaging.
Edit: I have answered most questions in the comments so make sure to read them for more information.

So we had to deal with some pretty big lawsuits last year. I wish I could say that is new, but I deal with half a dozen lawsuits every year. I just settled one two days ago, in fact. I have two more I am dealing with right now. The bigger you get, the more of a target you are. Not much to say. It is what it is. It's my life now. Anyway, after one of these lawsuits I had to take back over the approval of reviews. So now that all goes through me personally. Every single review made on the site I personally read. Every. Single. Day. I have to because of this legal shit I can't really talk about. I try to get to them all and weed through the ones I can approve, but to tell you the truth I am pretty damn overloaded. Sometimes I miss some. I am sure yours is in there, but I just missed it amongst the thousands of ones I just can't approve because they are talking about diseases or structure/function claims on synthetics. To tell you the truth, I am not exactly sure how to legally comply on some of this shit, so I leave them pending. We've had our lawyers going through every review on the site to give us some sort of framework. However, that is not settled yet. It's not an easy thing to deal with, and the legally safest way is to just leave them pending till we have it all settled. That's not to say yours is due to that. I likely just missed it while trying to go through the others. That's on me. I am the only one allowed to approve reviews right now.
What was your order number? I can look back through the customer service logs to see the history. I'll definitely replace the powder for you. The cordyceps 10:1 definitely clumps when exposed to moisture. The same goes for the lion's mane 8:1. When you go higher in extraction ratios with mushrooms, this is what happens. You can add a carrier into the powder to help stabilize it, but then people freak out that we are adding things to the pure powder. Most people would prefer the powder being 100% pure mushroom without carriers. It can just become a problem for people in humid climates. Again, not your fault. We should do a better job of explaining that on the packaging to warn people in those types of climates. My team should have offered that. If you let me know your order number I can go back through the support logs and see who handled it.
If you didn't already know, I own Nootropics Depot. I am here on Reddit every day. You can PM me any time you have an issue. I respond to everyone that writes me. Hell, today I was answering Reddit messages and comments for over 9 hours. I do try to take weekends off now because my wife will kill me if I don't, but I am always around. You can post on /r/NootropicsDepot as well. If something gets posted, I see it. I got a text message about this post as I was about to go to bed, in fact. LOL. If it gets posted on Reddit, I see it. If you ever have an issue and are note getting the response you feel is appropriate from my support team, just come straight to me here.
