Consumerlab said only 3 Ashwagandha supplements passed testing, Pure Encapsulations, PLNT by Vitaminshoppe, and Solaray

I dont have a Consumerlabs account but read it online from another person blog, those are the 3 out of the dozen I believe that were tested that passed and actually contained more than the label claim of withnolides
The other supplements contained 25 percent or less, not enough to make any difference.

Yeah, I read the reports about major brands like walmart, gnc, containing a common house plant and no St johns wort, thats scary stuff. Whats sad is people might be taking stuff like Ashwagandha and Curcumin for health purposes buying a big name brand in store using it for 3 years and wasting their money with an inferior product and it not helping them any way thats my biggest fear. How do we know who to trust in this supplement game?

You should trust brands that are testing for identity and amount of active ingredients in EVERY batch of extract that comes through, using scientifically validated methods. Big store brands are usually shit.
