Silicon dioxide, Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate. Are these really nessasary I keep reading fda approved but not to much? There everywhere and I would like to at least not have them in my supplements and yes I am looking elsewhere to not have these supplements and pay more much more I don't care but it's not easy,so can you break it down to me and try to convince me why you add these ingredients any whey it's not harmful also is the silicon nano?

You are being mislead by non-scientific sources online into worrying about these ingredients. You are also being lied to by supplement brands that just leave them off the label to avoid the conversation entirely. Fillers and excipients are a necessary part of supplement formulation. Every single formulator uses them. Many just lie to consumers and say they don't, because they know that is easier than explaining the science. Tell me, why would we put unnecessary and extra ingredients that cost money into a product for no reason? It just adds to the cost and complexity. Why would we do that? The answer is that they are not unnecessary. They are a needed part of the formulation process to ensure accurate and consistent fills in the capsules. We have ever tested products from competitors that claim no fillers or excipients, and we found them in the capsules still.
Silicon dioxide is found naturally in the foods you eat every day. Bran has 10.17 mg/100g. Dried dates have 16.61 mg/100g. Raisins have 8.25 mg/100g. Cereal grain has 7.79 mg/100g. Cornflakes has 2.42 mg/100g). Whole-grain bread has 2.25 mg/100g. Green beans have 2.44 mg/100g. Potatoes have 0.34 mg/100g. Bananas have 5.44 mg/100g, and mangoes have 2.00 mg/100g). It is a safe and natural thing in many things you eat every day. We use it at less than 2% of the formulation (less than 0.5% most of the time) to ensure the powder flows right into the capsules and doesn't clump. Without it you do not get accurate fills... and no, it's not nano particle.
Microcrystalline cellulose is a hypoallergenic inert filler with no calories. It's the ideal filler, as there is no possibility of allergens, it's well tolerated in everyone, has no calories, and actually has beneficial fiber effects. You need a filler in capsule formulations because you need to be able to get exactly the mg of active you want in there. Unless you get really lucky with the dose you select, the milling size of the powder, and the capsule size you select, there is usually extra space in there you need to have filled to ensure each capsule has the exact amount of active that you claim. This is where MCC shines.
Magnesium stearate is another completely safe excipient. It's magnesium bound to stearic acid, both of which are found in the foods you eat every day. It's an ionic bond, so they literally just become magnesium and stearic acid once it hits your body. Salmon, nuts, eggs, and cheese all have orders of magnitude more magnesium and stearic acid than you will find in any of our capsules. Again, this is a needed flow agent to ensure powders flow over the machines and don't stick to the stainless steel parts of the encapsulation machines. It's completely safe, and everyone uses it. Yes, even the people that say they don't use it use it.
