Nootropics Depot not posting negative review

Original post in this thread

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to let you know I left a negative review on a product on Nootropics Depot 1-2 months ago now and it hasn't been published. There have been reviews published since then as well. Just want to put this out there for anyone looking at products off the site because they all usually have 5 star ratings.

Also, this was not just a negative review because it didn't work for me but because the product became completely unusable in my 'climate' and there was no warning on the website or on the packaging.

Edit: I have answered most questions in the comments so make sure to read them for more information.

Wow dude. I really appreciate the time you took to write this and it's definitely not how I imagined the review situation to be. Much respect to you for the work you're doing and it's completely understandable that my review is pending considering only one person is sifting through them all. My order number was #840423. The red reishi and the lions mane were both fine, it was just both tubs of cordyceps 10:1 that were unusable.

Ohh man, back in April to Australia? Yeah, that was a bad time. COVID was roaring, and shipping to Australia was taking FOREVER. Your tracking is too old for me to see fully now, but I would bet it took forever for customs to clear it, right? I bet it sat in a humid warehouse for a while before it even got to you. Sometimes we are spoiled here in Arizona with how dry it is. I'll get you taken care of. I'll have my team send you two replacements.

Regarding the support response, I will speak to my support manager about it. They really should have escalated this when you said it was not possible to break up. They should have also told me you specifically told us you made a review, and hoped it would be posted. Then I could have been on the lookout for it. I'll address the breakdown in the support response. Again, if you ever have an issue with anything, you can write me here on Reddit. I will get it taken care of for you.

Cheers!

Lion's Mane has been a godsend

Replying to saladon · It's awesome to see how much you're invested in the future of mushrooms. Are there any that you're still personally taking?

I think we are going to be doing some very cool things with mushrooms! I still use most of the mushrooms, just not every day. Cordyceps is still my favorite, but white jelly is fantastic to cycle in for skin health. Obv

Synapsa Is Amazing but those GI Issues...Advice?

Replying to coiniam · What's your current dosing/schedule look like? Can you give a brief synopsis of the effects of each mushroom? Thanks!

Right now I am cycling down to baseline, but my usual dosing is 1,000mg Lion's Mane, 500mg Cordyceps, and 1,000mg Reishi. The Lion's Mane seems to boost mood a bit acutely, and help memory over time. The Cordyceps gives

Lion's Mane effects and brain fog (Nammex)

Replying to TheGermanGuy21 · Oh and are there going to be more mushroom extracts besides this in the near future? I already love Reishi and Cordyceps. They do so much more for me than racetams etc.

Yes, we will be releasing some more mushroom products down the line.
