Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you know I left a negative review on a product on Nootropics Depot 1-2 months ago now and it hasn't been published. There have been reviews published since then as well. Just want to put this out there for anyone looking at products off the site because they all usually have 5 star ratings.
Also, this was not just a negative review because it didn't work for me but because the product became completely unusable in my 'climate' and there was no warning on the website or on the packaging.
Edit: I have answered most questions in the comments so make sure to read them for more information.

This reply right here is why I'm a faithful customer with you. I believe in you and I believe in your process, I've seen it for a long time in this sub.
I can only imagine it's a really sticky gray area to live in that you put your neck out for.
We appreciate you and what you do, there aren't a lot of sellers like this left.
I understand the reason to be obscure and not specific. Are you able to disclose at all anything about the typical lawsuits or what's going on? Is it usually by customers? feds/customs/fda types? I'm just curious about the fire you have under you.

I have to be careful about how much I say. I try to be as open as I can with everyone, but sometimes me saying things publicly just increases risk for us. It's a delicate balancing act I have to do every day. I will say we are constantly dealing with tons of different types of legal issues. Many of them are purely blackmail civil lawsuits. Some of them are patent/trademark disputes. Some of them are regulatory actions. They range in seriousness from just pissing me off and making me spend money, to possibly threatening the existence of Nootropics Depot as whole. Obviously the first ones upset me, but it's the latter that really drains me. The amount of times we have narrowly avoided going out of business is too much for my liking.
