Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you know I left a negative review on a product on Nootropics Depot 1-2 months ago now and it hasn't been published. There have been reviews published since then as well. Just want to put this out there for anyone looking at products off the site because they all usually have 5 star ratings.
Also, this was not just a negative review because it didn't work for me but because the product became completely unusable in my 'climate' and there was no warning on the website or on the packaging.
Edit: I have answered most questions in the comments so make sure to read them for more information.

Wow! From one business owner to another, I salute you! It’s ridiculous that people /companies can be so litigious... and CRAZY. I’ve never had a bad experience with your company and always recommend it to my colleagues, friends and family.
I know it can be tough, but I’d highly recommend taking some time to find yourself a “right-hand man/woman” who you can trust enough to offload some of your workload to. A “clone” of sorts, but ideally someone who might excel in complimentary areas to yours. I wish I would have done this sooner— and it completely burned me out beyond measure to have waited so long.

Thanks! I have 80 employees, and I do have a lot of different right-hand men/women for various things. However, the things that are overloading me right now are difficult for me to let go of. I've tried to let go of some of it in the past, and I have regretted it. Hell, I literally did everything when I started this company. I did the graphic design. I printed the labels. I ordered the raw materials. I formulated the products. I manufactured the units. I did all the customer support. I packaged and shipped the orders out. I rented a house just down the street from the post office, then drove shipments there in my Xterra three times a day. I did literally everything back then, so letting go and delegating has been a constant process for years. It was hard for me to let go in the beginning. Nobody handles things the exact way I want them. I am a perfectionist. However, I had to mentally get over that hurdle, and be okay with things getting done in different ways than I would have. It was tough, but it was the only way we could grow. There are just some things I am still holding on to that maybe I shouldn't. It's something I certainly need to address.
