Lion's Mane effects and brain fog (Nammex)

Original post in this thread

What exactly does Nootropic Depot's most recent Lion's Mane formula do for you guys? I was under the impression that it takes several weeks to take effect but I have noticed a few things. I get this brain fog/dissociation feeling but it's kind of clear headed at the same time. Maybe the dose is too large?

Oh and are there going to be more mushroom extracts besides this in the near future?

I already love Reishi and Cordyceps. They do so much more for me than racetams etc.

Reishi cramps/diarrhea, any Reishi gurus here?

Replying to Debonaire_Death · I was taking 1g TID, while also taking 1g BID of Black Hoof and 1g piracetam TID. Have you tried any racetams with reishi? It's good stuff, if a bit diuretic : ) Also, on the note

Lion's Mane has been a godsend

Replying to saladon · It's awesome to see how much you're invested in the future of mushrooms. Are there any that you're still personally taking?

I think we are going to be doing some very cool things with mushrooms! I still use most of the mushrooms, just not every day. Cordyceps is still my favorite, but white jelly is fantastic to cycle in for skin health. Obv

Synapsa Is Amazing but those GI Issues...Advice?

Replying to coiniam · What's your current dosing/schedule look like? Can you give a brief synopsis of the effects of each mushroom? Thanks!

Right now I am cycling down to baseline, but my usual dosing is 1,000mg Lion's Mane, 500mg Cordyceps, and 1,000mg Reishi. The Lion's Mane seems to boost mood a bit acutely, and help memory over time. The Cordyceps gives
