Despite all the great evidence around it, why is l-carnosine so little discussed here?

Could you list any other substances that you take on regular basis ( beside Semax, Selank and caffeine of course I know you love them already haha ) ? Never heard before of carnosine and Centrophenoxine and they seem very interesting from cursory read. Thanks for mentioning them.

I am always changing things, and trying out new compounds. So what I am taking varies a lot. Lately I have been doing a base stack of cordyceps 1:1 extract, shilajit, panax ginseng root/leaf/GS15-4, polygala, caffeine, theacrine, and synapsa.
