Side effects from KSM-66?

Hi guys,
since I was suspecting low T (I have first-grade varicocele) I ran blood tests and it turns out that I have low Vit D and LH values. Testosterone is in range but on the low end and SHBG seems okay.
My symptoms are mainly: cold hands, dry skin and scalp causing itching, overthinking everything, can’t focus on a single topic due to “monkey mind”, brain fog, mild anxiety and repetitive behaviors, such as checking thinks (OCD-like).
I’ve read that ashwaganda can help in boosting LH and testosterone, besides helping with stress, thus I’ve just started supplementing ND’s KSM-66.
It’s been only two weeks, but so far it seems that I’m doing well, I have more energy, anxiety is lower and brain fog is a little better.
However I’m noticing two side effects: more irritability and pimples on my face. Do you think that these sides are caused by increased testosterone? Do they improve with time?
u/misteryouaresodumb I’d interested in knowing your opinion - in your experience is there anything better than ash for my issues?
Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the advice, I'll give PanaMAX a go; the combo of ginseng and schisandra seems very interesting indeed.
I'll try to find also a tongkat ali supplement, even if it is quite difficult to found a trusted source. Maybe I'll try the one by Source Naturals, hoping that ND is selling it in the future - that would be awesome!
One last question: speaking only about stuff that ND is selling, do you think that for libido PanaMAX is better than cordyceps? Or there is in your experience something more powerful?
Thanks for your help!

We are working on it! That's why I started trialing it. Our extract will be VERY cool. The shit on the market right now sucks in comparison. I am trying to fast track the tongkat ali for ND.
Cordyceps is better for libido than PanaMAX, in my personal opinion. Tongkat ali is better than both, though.
