Fat burning supplements

Original post in this thread

Hey guys,

During lockdown I put a little belly fat - Is there any supplement that could help? Maybe berberine or green tea extract?

Thanks!

Thanks man, much appreciated.

I hope that berberine capsules will be back soon - I prefer to wait for them since IIRC you said that the powder is one of the worst tasting (alongside tonkgat ali).

If you don't mind, I have a few questions:

1. I know that "localized weight loss" is a myth, but do you think that the stack above will somewhat help in targeting belly fat specifically? I'm asking because I'm not fat overall (quite the opposite).

2. Which adaptogen is in your experience the best for my goal (while also improving mood and energy)?
I've seen that rhodiola is sometimes advised for weight loss, whereas tongkat, ashwagandha and shilajit (maybe also cordyceps) could be helpful for muscle growth and "body recomposition" in general.

3. Related to the other post you mentioned, do you think that the combo polygala + agmatine could be useful for overcoming - togheter with excercise - a period of depression?

Thanks for your help as always!

1) Yes, since multiple women in our office have been raving at how much fat they have lost even just on OptimALA, our enteric EGCG, and hesperidin.

2) Tongkat, 100%. Increasing testosterone will lead to all the benefits you are looking for.

3) That's hard to say. Many people relay good effects with that combo, so it is worth a shot. However, it is a complex thing. It certainly can't help when paired with a good daily exercise plan. Get some sun, too. Might be hard in winter, but take D3 and K2 at least. Many people are deficient in that.

I'd keep these: * Microzinc * Reishi * Cordyceps * Tongkat * Epicatechin * Shilajit * ALA (I'd do our OptimALA) * Hesperidin * Bacopa (I'd take our Cognance) * Gotu Kola * Polygala * DLPA * Injuv * White Jelly * Agmatin

Cordyceps, tongkat ali, KSM-66, and shilajit are the ones to combine with it. That will get your motor running.
