Card processor took about 4 tries before the it finally went through wasting about a half hour of my time. And then my order never showed up in their system yet money was taken out of my account. That's what you get for using a sketchy off shore processor.. And that cover up about how their competitors were calling the card processors is obviously a blatant lie.
Terrible website... Good products

I've seen them stop processing credit cards for supplement websites that weren't even selling anything Grey market. For example, a supp company that had gh in the name of a product got their cc processing taken down because "you're selling human growth hormone and that's illegal" the product was just a mix of some gaba and arginine or some bullshit. And now put those same people in charge of things that are actual Grey market.... They'll fuck up a lot. Sucks to have to deal with the headaches and not be able to provide easy transactions because of some banks.

Yeah man, it's nuts. I have yelled at multiple underwriters and risk managers now. You know what the risk manager for the bank that processed our stuff for 2 days said? I made it very clear to them what we were selling, and told them I wanted to be absolutely sure we were good to go before launching. Their underwriters took a week to "research" our products. Then after 2 days of processing, this dude froze us for one of our products. When I asked him why they just did not tell us to take that product down before we launched, he said that they did not look at ALL of our products. We have so many... He said it would take too much time to look at and Google all of them. This is the fucking risk manager at a multi-billion dollar bank. We had roughly 70 products at the time. He said it would take too long to Google them, so they just didn't... and then shut us down after we processed more than they thought we would in 2 days.
Never in my life have I dealt with such unqualified hacks as I have with this card processing fiasco; and I have done government contracting work. They don't know the regulations. They don't know the products. They don't know the laws, and they don't even know their own rules. It's literally like the scene in Office Space. "What would ya say... you do here?" I sure know what they don't do, and that's their jobs.
