Inflamed Liver from Nootropics

I'm a 50 year old male, in decent shape, slightly elevated cholesterol but no other major health issues, rarely drink, no recreational drug use. I recently became interested in Nootropics to combat anxiety, stress, and fatigue. Being a Lawyer I need every edge I can get in the day to day. So I read the Nootropic Blogs, watched dozens of videos and read hundreds of pages on this Reddit Feed. Having done the research I started taking the following (all of which I bought at Nootropics Depot). My first week I started taking Lion's Mane then introduced each Noot 1 by 1 every couple of days, then finally taking the following Stack over 3 weeks:

Lions Mane 500 mg - 1x/dayCDP Citicholine 250 mg - 1x/dayL-Theanine 200mg - 1x/dayRhodolea Rosea 500mg - 1x/dayOxiracetam 750mg - 1x/dayNoopept 10mg (caused brain fog after 3 days / discontinued)Fish Oil (daily)L-Tyrosine 500mg (caused brain fog after 2 days / discontinued)

At around the 3 week mark, I developed pain and burning on my lower right side/flank which radiated into my back, and my belly and side became swollen. Found myself urinating every hour. Went to my Doc right away. He did blood work which showed increase liver enzymes. He the…

What is your order number? I will pull up the records and get all the lab data from the products. I can assure you there is nothing wrong with the products themselves. We have an in-house ISO certified lab, and go to great lengths to ensure products are perfect every time. This includes microbial and heavy metals analysis, along with plant species ID, plant part ID, extraction method ID, and content assay. Nothing you are taking would cause liver issues, either. How much alcohol were you drinking, and what types? Did you ever use NSAIDs like acetaminophen around the days you were drinking? Did you have blood tests done before you started the supplements? If so, what were those values? What were your exact liver values of the blood test you got from your doctor?

Also, have you reached out to my team regarding this? I see no tickets in our support system regarding anything like this. Forgive me for my forwardness, but a 17 day old Reddit account with no history making big claims like this raises red flags for me. If you really do think our products caused an adverse reaction, why have you not reached out to us about it? We can gather all the lab data and assist in any investigation into the possible cause. If it is a legitimate adverse reaction, we will file a report with the FDA and open our own investigation; as is our requirement, per regulations. We cannot do that if you do not reach out to us about it and provide the details we need to do it.
