Dance around that all you want, but I am not just going to sit back and have people make up lies about me and my company. I've been here on Reddit for a decade helping people. I've been a champion of open and honest communication since day one. I've been building this industry and advancing the integrity, quality control, safety standards behind what people are putting into their bodies long before most people here even knew any of this existed. Trying to make people think I am misleading them and being deceptive to sell more product is just not something I am going to let slide. Lash out all you want for being called out. Don't buy from us ever again if that's what you feel is warranted. If you'd prefer to buy products with inferior testing to spite me for standing up for myself, knock yourself out. You'll only be hurting yourself.

And yes, some things get hidden automatically. It's called a spam filter. Every sub on Reddit uses it, or they would be inundated with crazy amounts of spam. Moreover, we have to be extra strict on our word filters because of Reddit's rules these days. Reddit admins literally told us that it was our responsibility to ensure that no content is posted that violates their acceptable use policy. If content that violates their policy does get posted, they can shut down the entire subreddit. Since it is our responsibility to enforce Reddit's rules, we use tools like the automoderator to do it. That's not me or my team manually hiding people's comments because we want to silence them. That's the Reddit automod catching them in the filters, just as this comment was. I manually approved it, as I did your other more inflammatory comment. That's how things work on Reddit. Either you have a fundamental misunderstanding of how Reddit works from a moderation standpoint, or you are just lashing out at me because you are upset. Either way, you are posting factually incorrect information in an attempt to make people distrust us. Anyone that just sits back and lets that happen doesn't really value their reputation. I do, so I am going to address it. If that makes me a dickhead, "if not more," then so be it.

Also, this is /r/NootropicsDepot! The fact that I am even letting you badmouth us like this at all should show anyone here who is being honest. I approved these last few comments so you could have your chance to yell and scream a bit, but this is about as far as I am going to allow it. Tone down your rhetoric or leave. You even called me a "power hungry dickhead" on /r/Nootropics and said we were a "totally a fucked up company" two months ago. You literally told another Redditor to sue us in that comment. Yet I have tried to stay cordial in our interactions since then. However, my patience only goes so far. If you honestly think these things about me and my company, I would hope you would move on to somewhere else. If you can find any other owner of a company that will even entertain conversations like this on their private forums, I'd love to see it.
